Men!
There is something special about men!
There is special important role that every man has in saving the world!
The greatest atrocities in this world have been done by men but men have also been a great blessing to humanity! I men those men who have hold fast to the only Creator in opposition to all the heathen and primitive world! The devil has done a titanic work to destroy man's sense of responsibility, consciousness of his mission, and the standard of real manhood! Instead of being a care-taker and provider man has turned into a destroyer and consumer: „I must receive everything - from women, children, church, state, and God!”
Then we can see boys who have been set on fire by their lust but the lust can never be satisfied! Fathers who kill and sexually abuse their own children. Celebrities who change their girlfriends more often than socks and become national heroes! Politicians whose „weakness” is to leave their wives and children with no provision while they themselves „take care of the well-being of the nation”.
There is a desire in every man's heart to be a real man, to be necessary, true, effective, successful. To bring salvation!
It is easy to satisfy love but impossible to do so with lust!
Love desires to GIVE but the essence of lust is to GET!
is it any wonder that by ignoring this men become dissatisfied, debased, and hurt in their souls?
What concept does our generation have of what it means to be a real man?
Today the glamorous narcissists of Hollywood, steroid-pumped muscles, and white collars enslaved to money-making morale aspire to be the role-models of real manhood. However, neither good-looks, nor occupation, nor available assets are the proofs of real manhood!
Real manhood is found in a man's heart, his essence and it is always a pleasure to meet such a man!
God has given an absolutely faultless and precise personification of the Word. It is the Lord Jesus who came as a man thus showing us a perfect example of what it means to be a real man!
How did this heartbreaking heroic story turn into „a fairy-tale” with a Christmas tree, gingerbread, and Christmas presents? How was courage, integrity, morale, and faith substituted with titles, accessories, rituals, and labyrinths of superstition? Why did it become easier for pastors to work with women while men are sitting in pubs and drowning their birthright in beer?
Today we have hope! It is men who are regaining their position to take back their responsibility.
Responsibility for themselves, their family, their church, their nation, and their country!
That is revival!
It is natural and self-evident for man to be like Christ. Do not allow the enemy of our souls to create an image of ourselves as „useless, clumsy, and stiff” persons in everything relating to the things of God.
Real manhood is to be like Christ which is our goal!
„I want men everywhere to lift up holy hands in prayer, without anger or disputing.” 1Ti 2:8
The purpose of men's ministry is to help follow the only One who is worth to be the example of a real man leaving behind yesterday's concepts, fears, cowardice, sins, and complexes, so that we also might become the men that God intended us to be!
