BORN TO WORSHIP

BORN TO WORSHIP this is the name we gave to our sought after worshipers camp happened on 18th-19th February. We really wanted to get to know each other instead of having fun as we planned. 24 hours we spent at God' s presence, seeking  and more getting know Heavenly Father. It was   completely the leading of Holy Spirit and I believe it was so necessary to everyone of us. 

Of course, God has a great sense of humour and this gift occasionally sparkled in us, for example, it started already at the beginning of the camp when Eriks turned introducing himself in a real billow of laughter.

During the camp many of worshipers shared the Word and testified of how God works and touches us daily by changing ourselves and circumstances around us. It is always so sweet and liven up to hear it.

Everybody could enjoy “ Free Microphone” during the worship by singing a new song  born by Holy Spirit in just that very moment. When truthful love was flowing to God and to people from each prayer and singing sound, we expierenced fantastic heavenly atmosphere.   Again and again we had this feeling that above all more important for Heavenly Father is truthful heart of worshiper than correctly to sing a note. It is written “ He taught me to sing a new song, a song of praise to our God. Many who see this will take warning and will put their trust in the Lord.” /Psalm 40:3/. It is not just song what we sing by direct meaning, but it is our life dedicated to our Lord.

Worship leader Valters shared the Word about relationship between each other and with God, as well as of right attitude of the heart in serving. “So then, my brothers, because of God' s great mercy to us I appeal to you: Offer yourselves as a living sacrifice to God, dedicated to his service and pleasing to him. This is the true worship that you should offer.” /Romans 12:1/

For somebody this camp was the begining of a new level relationship with God and it approaches us to the skyline of fullness where we will see Him face to face. To others- a begining for new dreams received from the heart of Heavenly Father. Certainly for somebody it was a time of discovering himself, to find out what gifts and talents God has put in him. Also it was a great time of agape during short but so sweet lunch breaks, especially at the clocing of the camp when we enjoyed the cake with the title “Born to worship” presented by our church. 

We are so thankful to God for these 24 hours spent together in His wonderful presence and by drinking new joy, power and love from His living Wellspring, so we can give it all further to the church!

Worshipers camps are always so sweet. And this time was special because we saw the gifts and talents of our lovely brothers and sisters- so beautiful voices, singing beautiful new born  songs to Heavenly Father. Before this camp I did not realised that we have so anoited preachers and so attractive showmen sing in our church choir. 

During the worship God did the work in our hearts- fullfilled with His love, new power, dreams...The shared Word by our brothers and sisters showed us the seriousness of this time and the attitude of serving. Of course, prayers and moments of fellowship were so sweet, beautiful and serious gift of Father. I AM HONOURED to serve together with such a godly followers of Jesus- with worshipers of our church!

I really enjoyed time with my elder brothers and sisters of the church- it so good to be shoulder to shoulder in a big and strong family. We were covered with God' s presence all 24 hours. I am happy that God has put us together to worship Him and never to end up it. I am thankful to God- He touched me so deep with His love.

They were so sought after, unforgetable days where the big family of worshipers sunbathed 24 hours in God' s presence and rejoiced each other with His love. I was so suprised and overjoyed by discovering new talents and gifts among us. I believe, after this camp, we will serve to Father and to the church in a new level of devotion and in unity. The camp is closed but something completely new has started.
